Bradford physical health template case study
A physical health template implemented into SystmOne has revolutionised care for Serious Mental Illness (SMI) patients. Originally developed for use in primary care in Bradford, the template is now crossing regional boundaries and is being emulated on a national scale, with the support of Yorkshire and Humber Academic Health Science Network (Yorkshire and Humber AHSN).
Reeth Medical Centre Case Study

Secure Children's Home Case Study
The Leeds Community Healthcare Children’s Looked After and Safeguarding (LCH CLAS) nursing team cares for young males aged between 10 and 18 within a secure 27 bed unit.
This case study examines how SystmOne supports the delivery of care for these young patients who often have a wide range of needs.
Safer Hospitals - A Supplier Response
Hospitals need to ensure the secure flow of patient information between clinicians and carers, provide standardised care, and have the ability to spot problems before they develop.
TPP’s response to the NHS strategy Safer Hospitals, Safer Wards (2013) examines the challenges faced in acute hospitals and some of the ways technology can help improve patient safety.
ResearchOne Case Study
ResearchOne uses de-identified data from consenting SystmOne organisations to contribute to valuable healthcare research, surveillance and analytics projects on a local, regional and national scale.
This document presents some of the early ResearchOne projects, demonstrating how shared data can help drive improvements in clinical practice and care delivery.

A detailed look at how patients continue to benefit from sharedcare through sophisticated collaboration between clinicians.
Offender Health - A Supplier Proposal
The National Prison Contract is coming to an end and the NHS has outlined new responsibilities and objectives for offender health providers.
This re-procurement presents an opportunity to make changes to the way sharing works in offender health and improve care for those moving between custodial and community settings.
NEAS Case Study
North East Ambulance Service’s innovative use of integrated technologies have allowed them to improve the provision of emergency services to their 2.6 million patients and realise their vision of ‘right care, right place, right time.’
Bradford & Airdale Case Study
This case study explores the delivery of connected care across Bradford & Airedale, centred around a shared electronic patient record.
Despite a diverse demographic, an integrated approach to healthcare has made the area one of England’s most successful examples of innovative technology being used to improve care.
Donisthorpe Hall Case Study
TPP’s free Care Homes solution is ready to be rolled out nationally. This will allow vital information to be shared between care homes and healthcare organisations, improving the delivery of care for some of the NHS’ most vulnerable patients.
This case study shares the experiences of Donisthorpe Hall, who began piloting the new SystmOne module in spring 2014.
A Supplier Response To The NHS Information Strategy
This document analyses the evolving nature of healthcare outlined in the NHS Power of Information Strategy (2012) and the role of the supplier in the future of the NHS.
