Please make sure that your CV contains a full academic record including all
grades.
Your covering letter should tell us what makes you the ideal candidate for
the position. It should answer the following questions...
How is your academic/professional/personal experience relevant?
- What personal characteristics do you have that make you suitable for the role?
- Why are you interested in the position?
- Why are you interested in TPP?
If you are applying for a role as a software engineer and we wish to progress your application, we will send you a programming test. Don't worry about this! It doesn't matter if you haven't done any coding before, just do your best!
If we would like to find out more about you and your suitability, we may give you a quick call before inviting you for an interview. A simple phone call can clarify a lot of points on your CV and can give us an idea of your personality. It's also a good chance for you to ask any questions about the job!
Interviews at TPP are relatively informal, you will be interviewed by people who you would actually work with, not just an intimidating panel of anonymous faces.
We'll ask you a few questions about your suitability,
and generally get to know you.
Job interviews are as much about you getting to know the employer as they are the other way round - so don't be afraid to ask questions. You need to be
sure that if we offer you the job, you'll be happy here. We promise to answer
your questions as honestly as possible!
