Urgent Care : Registration

SystmOne Urgent Care provides a powerful, easy-to-use search engine, which trawls through the complete patient data set. If your patient is not listed, the registration system can be used to register the patient quickly, using the minimum amount of information. The graphical interface has been tailored to allow you to record important details as rapidly as possible.

If the patient is already registered on SystmOne, you will be prompted to record whether patient consent has been sought to access the record. You can also enter free text to record why consent has not been given, e.g. if the patient arrives at A&E unconscious.

You don't have to spend valuable time and resources contacting patients' usual GPs at the end of an encounter. As soon as you access a patient record, a SystmOne Task is sent to the usual GP informing them of the accessed record. All the information you enter into a record is available to the GP as soon as you save the record.
