Prison : Transfer
SystmOne Prison instantly transfers a patient's health record to another prison via a secure notification system. The receiving prison is informed of any outstanding referrals or clinic appointments and, with the appropriate permissions in place, will receive access to the entire patient record. A record is not deleted once a patient has moved and can quickly be taken up again without going through the full registration process. The record can be updated by the transferring prison should additions need to be made post-transfer due to late pathology results.
