SystmOne Partner Scheme
SystmOne is an advanced modern clinical system, designed and developed with a specific customer in mind. However TPP does acknowledge that some clinicians regularly use tools and software outside of SystmOne. To enable our users to integrate all their daily tasks into one easy system, SystmOne seamlessly assimilates with several partners, ensuring our clinical system offers the maximum functionality regardless of healthcare setting.

INRstar Practice Edition, a stand-alone system for use in general practices and pharmacies, is fully interoperable with SystmOne, enabling warfarin to be managed from within the system. Fully integrated with SystmOne, the CardioSoft ECG system from TPP partner Numed Healthcare, allows SystmOne users to file high quality ECG reports with a ‘Standard ECG’ Read code at the click of a button. It is a very quick, simple and error free process that will save your practice a lot of time and eliminate the ECG scanning process forever. CardioSoft now takes over from the widely used Biolog 3000i as the integrated ECG system of choice. Biolog 3000i is no longer available to purchase but existing Biolog ECG systems will continue to be supported by Numed Healthcare.

TeleMedic Systems (TMS) pioneers the integration of medical tools and information technology. Their vital signs monitor, VitalLink3, is integrated with SystmOne to automatically populate the SystmOne record with particular numerics. The monitor can link up with ECG machines and spirometry devices to input the relevant data in SystmOne.

Indigo4 provides software enabling SystmOne units who are linked to a pathology lab to take advantage of integrated electronic pathology test requesting. Requests can be made and tracked easily within SystmOne which reduces scope for human error. |

Sunquest software (formerly Anglia ICE) integrates with SystmOne to allow users linked to a pathology lab to electronically request pathology tests. Requests can be made and easily tracked within SystmOne, reducing scope for human error.

Technidata is the largest worldwide supplier of Laboratory Information Systems. Users on SystmOne can take advantage of Technidata software for integrated electronic pathology test requesting. Technidata is installed in over 750 hospitals, serving organisations ranging from small single discipline laboratories to large multidisciplinary institutions.

SMS Text Messaging

Integration with NHS mail allows SystmOne users to send text messages to patients for free. Messages can be sent to individual patients or to a certain group using quick actions within the system. |

The txttools messaging application is fully integrated into SystmOne, allowing users to send a receive messages securely from their desktop to either a large group or single mobile phone. Txttools is a quick and secure way of sending appointment prompts, test results and medication reminders. |
Waiting Room/ Reception

Control IT provides a low cost labelling system that prints at the click of a mouse. Labels are populated using data from SystmOne to use in pathology, x-rays and cytology. |
