SystmOne Partner Scheme

SystmOne is an advanced modern clinical system, designed and developed with a specific customer in mind. However TPP does acknowledge that some clinicians regularly use tools and software outside of SystmOne. To enable our users to integrate all their daily tasks into one easy system, SystmOne seamlessly assimilates with several partners, ensuring our clinical system offers the maximum functionality regardless of healthcare setting.

Our current partners

	INRstar Practice Edition, a stand-alone system for use in general practices and pharmacies, is fully interoperable with SystmOne, enabling warfarin to be managed from within the system. Flexible and intuitive, INRstar consistently manages and audits warfarin treatment by applying published dosing algorithms, yet allowing full clinical control to authorised users. Treatment details can be recorded within the patient clinical record reducing workload and increasing clinical efficiency.
	Isabel Healthcare is the world leader in diagnosis decision support systems. Its web based support tool instantly provides clinicians with a checklist of likely diagnoses and drugs to consider for a given set of symptoms.
	Map of Medicine is an online clinical knowledge resource that provides specialist level information to healthcare professionals across all settings. A simple right click from SystmOne leads clinicians to the map, providing a shared vision of the patient journey. It supplies online access during consultations to comprehensive, current, evidence-based medicine in an easy to use visual format.
	Fully integrated with SystmOne, the CardioSoft ECG system from TPP partner Numed Healthcare, allows SystmOne users to file high quality ECG reports with a ‘Standard ECG’ Read code at the click of a button. It is a very quick, simple and error free process that will save your practice a lot of time and eliminate the ECG scanning process forever. CardioSoft now takes over from the widely used Biolog 3000i as the integrated ECG system of choice. Biolog 3000i is no longer available to purchase but existing Biolog ECG systems will continue to be supported by Numed Healthcare.
	TeleMedic Systems (TMS) pioneers the integration of medical tools and information technology. Their vital signs monitor, VitalLink3, is integrated with SystmOne to automatically populate the SystmOne record with particular numerics. The monitor can link up with ECG machines and spirometry devices to input the relevant data in SystmOne.

Dispensing

	AAH Pharmaceuticals is the UK’s leading distributor of pharmaceutical and healthcare products and services to pharmacies, hospitals and doctors. A partnership with SystmOne means users can order dispensary stock electronically from AAH through SystmOne – giving the customer clear visibility of the order and increasing efficiency.
	Alliance Healthcare (formerly Unichem) distributes pharmaceutical medical and healthcare products in the UK. A partnership with SystmOne and Alliance Healthcare means users can order dispensary stock electronically through SystmOne – providing clear visibility of the order and increasing efficiency.
	First DataBank Europe (FDBE) enables safer prescribing and dispensing and improved patient care through effective clinical decision support. Its ‘Multilex Drug Data File’, the UK’s most widely used drug knowledge base, is integrated into TPP’s SystmOne to offer a wealth of clinical and commercial information.
	The Phoenix Group is one of the top five pharmaceutical wholesalers in the world. A link between SystmOne and Phoenix means users can order dispensary stock electronically through the system, providing better efficiency and clear visibility of the order.
	ScriptSwitch is an independent organisation that offers GPs real time prescribing support software which works alongside the NHS in order to maintain clinical freedom of choice. ScriptSwitch enables local prescribing advice to be captured and integrated seamlessly into SystmOne, which helps to achieve consistent, cost-effective prescribing.
	F. Maltby & Sons Ltd is a totally independent, full line pharmaceutical company, operating from a single depot in Lincoln. SystmOne users can order dispensary stock eletronically from Maltbys through the system, providing better efficiency and clear visibility of the order.
	For the past 15 years, ARX have been dedicated to providing the best possible automation solutions for their customers. They are the UK’s leading provider of medical automation solutions, through offering market leading products with the highest possible levels of service. They specialise in providing automated storage and retrieval solutions for all your medical needs, and for part or all of your supply chain. Through integration with SystmOne, dispensing sites can fully take advantage of the benefits ARX solutions can offer.

Pathology Testing

	Indigo4 provides software enabling SystmOne units who are linked to a pathology lab to take advantage of integrated electronic pathology test requesting. Requests can be made and tracked easily within SystmOne which reduces scope for human error.
	Sunquest software (formerly Anglia ICE) integrates with SystmOne to allow users linked to a pathology lab to electronically request pathology tests. Requests can be made and easily tracked within SystmOne, reducing scope for human error.
	Technidata is the largest worldwide supplier of Laboratory Information Systems. Users on SystmOne can take advantage of Technidata software for integrated electronic pathology test requesting. Technidata is installed in over 750 hospitals, serving organisations ranging from small single discipline laboratories to large multidisciplinary institutions.

SMS Text Messaging

	Integration with NHS mail allows SystmOne users to send text messages to patients for free. Messages can be sent to individual patients or to a certain group using quick actions within the system.
	The txttools messaging application is fully integrated into SystmOne, allowing users to send a receive messages securely from their desktop to either a large group or single mobile phone. Txttools is a quick and secure way of sending appointment prompts, test results and medication reminders.

Waiting Room/ Reception

	Control IT provides a low cost labelling system that prints at the click of a mouse. Labels are populated using data from SystmOne to use in pathology, x-rays and cytology.
	Jayex Technology Limited specialise in advanced information display systems, after pioneering the development of LED display they now have over 18,000 customers worldwide. Jayex display boards that link to SystmOne provide useful patient call information in the reception or waiting room area.
	LabelTrace is an easy-to-use labelling system comprising LabelTrace software and a compact Zebra barcode label printer. GP practices with LabelTrace software can print their pathology labels from within SystmOne, eliminating the need to write labels by hand.
	LEDsynergy (formerly PolyComp) is a market leader in Electronic LED Message Display Systems. Their range includes single, bi-line and multi-line displays, clocks, counters, scoreboards, exchange rate and full colour graphic boards. LEDsynergy display boards linked to SystmOne provide useful patient call information in the reception or waiting room area.
	‘Voice Connect Patient Partner’ is a system that compliments SystmOne by allowing patients to book, cancel, check or change their appointments around the clock using their telephone, easing congestion in the reception area and managing telephone access to the practice.
	Telehealth Solutions ‘Surgery Pod’ allows patients to take routine tests and perform questionnaires without the need for a clinical appointment. The results from the Surgery Pod then automatically populate into the patients record on SystmOne.

Miscellaneous

	Adastra’s external software links in with SystmOne, providing a highly specialist case management, data distribution and clinical application to 95% of UK unscheduled primary care operational hubs and nearly half of the UK’s walk-in centres.
	Brother is a leading provider of printing technology and has more than 25 years’ experience in healthcare. Brother has worked to develop the right printing products to help save time, leaving staff to spend time on what they do best, patient care.
	Crescendo’s Digital Dictation and Referral Management solution integrates with SystmOne to populate dictations with the currently selected patient details. No keyboard input is required, therefore speeding up the dictation and transcription process from start to finish. As part of a fully managed workflow solution, speciality and referral trends can be tracked for PBC reporting purposes and turnaround times can be improved by up to 40%.
	MHRA’s Yellow Card service allows adverse drug reactions to be recorded from within SystmOne, without the need to be redirected to a URL.
	PRIMIS+ is a free service to primary care organisations to help them improve patient care through the effective use of their clinical computer systems. PRIMIS+ is delivered as part of the NHS CfH’s Education, Training and Development Programme. The web based programme integrates with SystmOne to produce queries for MiQuest and ensure high data quality.
