Palliative : Assessment
During the assessment process, one of the simplest components of SystmOne Palliative becomes one of the most important: free text entry. The high volume of free text entry in palliative care has necessitated some specialised components in SystmOne Palliative. We recognise that this high volume data input task can be prone to errors; therefore, you can correct notes without resubmission until signed off by a consultant.
