Marketing Officer/Researcher
This is a newly created post with scope to develop the role. The successful applicant will work within a small team but will also be expected to be a self-starter and to take responsibility for their own workload.

TPP is looking for an excellent communicator with a flair for the written word, to provide support to TPP's copywriter and technical author, who develop and distribute all the company's internal and external communications, including marketing materials and online software 'Help' files.
The successful candidate will assist the established team by researching/gathering information, and drafting text using a structured, logical format, for the varied communication materials the company produces. This includes, amongst other things, customer newsletters, software instructions, customer advice guides, brochures, and case studies.
This is intended as a full-time post, however, for the right candidate, TPP is willing to consider part-time working hours.
skills required
Candidates must be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, and have achieved an A/B grade in English at 'A' level.
Applicants must be IT literate, have a keen eye for detail, and have sound spelling and grammar skills. An interest in copywriting and in learning how to write and produce online 'Help' instructions is essential.
Experience of the following would be advantageous:
- Working in the NHS or in a clinical environment
- Writing marketing or advertising copy
- Researching in a software environment
- Experience of any of the following IT packages: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, PaintShop Pro, WebWorks, Adobe Framemaker, Macromedia Dreamweaver.
