TPP in Sunday Times 100 Best Companies
TPP are proud to be listed as number 38 in the prestigious Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2010 list. As reported in last month's TPP Times, the company is also one of only 140 companies in the UK to receive a two-star accreditation with Best Companies, which is a brilliant achievement.
To make it on to the list, employees completed anonymous surveys containing a range of questions including what they thought of their role, whether they felt valued and rewarded, and whether they believed in the values of the company and its leaders.
The company also completed an organisation survey, in which staff had the opportunity to record further details about how the company is run, how people's skills are developed, and how they are rewarded. Best Companies states that "Focusing on employees brings real benefits such as improved workplace engagement, better staff retention, reduced recruitment costs and greater financial performance."
Beth Loker, who has worked for the company for four years says, "Being a good company to work for not only benefits our staff, but benefits our customers too, because happier staff means a better service. Everyone at TPP is enthusiastic and clearly passionate about what they do, and I feel this is reflected in the service we provide for our customers.
"We often have NHS staff visit our offices where we introduce them to all the teams involved in their project. We feel it is important for our customers to understand our unique way of working, and once they have met us they are bowled over by our dedication and our belief in how SystmOne can improve patient care."
Company Director, Drew Littler says, "With eleven years' experience in the business and such a dynamic workforce, TPP is going from strength to strength. Coming in the top 100 proves just how happy our staff are. We've witnessed phenomenal growth in the past few years and are always looking to expand our team so that we can continue to provide the best system to our users."
