This week TPP has signed a strategic co-operation with JoinForWin for our new project in Jiangsu province. The signing was witnessed by Jeremy Hunt, the Secretary of State for Health. TPP will be deploying SystmOne as the front end system for the ‘British Health Butler’. This service is being provided to a new community under construction in Changzhou, as well as to all of the Community Health Centres in the city.
The signing took place at a two-day exhibition in Shanghai that was formally opened by the Secretary of State. Here we have had the chance to talk to visitors about our current projects in China, as well as to provide demonstrations of SystmOne. The exhibition is part of the Integrated Health and Care Mission to China, visiting Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Guangzhou as well as Shanghai. The mission is the largest ever British healthcare delegation, with more than 30 organisations from across the NHS, suppliers and universities in attendance. The wide variety of locations visited on the trip represents a fantastic opportunity for TPP to meet with different organisations from across south and eastern China.
Frank Hester OBE, Founder & CEO, TPP, said, “We’re really delighted to begin this new project with JoinForWin. It’s a fantastic opportunity for TPP, and we’re really excited to expand our work in Jiangsu province.
“I’m honoured that Jeremy Hunt was present to witness the signing; the support of the UK government has been critical to the success of our international projects. It is also very appropriate that the signing happened as part of a Department for International Trade delegation, as these missions have always been extremely successful for us in finding new opportunities in China.”
Jacky Chu, General Manager, JoinForWin, said, “TPP and JoinForWin are bringing an innovative new health management model to partnership. We’re delighted to introduce the ‘British Health Butler’ to China.”
