TPP has retained over 99% of the primary care services that deployed SystmOne under the Local Services Provider (LSP), part of the national contract to provide IT services to health sector.

On top of this, TPP has succeeded in widening its offering with certain organisations, who have now procured Mental Health and Community Hospitals on top of their existing services.

The cessation of the contract in July this year saw a move to contracts of local choice, enabling GP, community, urgent and palliative care services to have more control over their IT system supplier. Procurement now takes place through the GPSoC framework and a range of services can buy through the NHS Shared Business Services contract (SBS).

Sally Rennison, Account Manager, TPP said: “We are delighted that we have retained such a high percentage of our services. We are committed to providing an excellent service to our clients and for them to choose to continue using SystmOne is testament to the suitability and efficiency of the product.”
