TPP was named number one for the second year running in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ list at the awards ceremony in London on Wednesday. This is the sixth year TPP has been listed in the top 100 small companies.

TPP staff had plenty of positive things to say about their job. Survey answers showed that 97% of staff felt that the company makes a positive difference to the world – the highest score out of all companies surveyed in the category.

The majority (96%) of employees felt they can make a valuable contribution to the success of the company.  New staff are given ample opportunities to get involved with exciting projects. Staff listed perks of the job being international travel and a good work/life balance, with 91% agreeing that they didn’t spend too much time working.

One comment in the employee feedback summarised: “TPP is a company that I feel proud to work for. It has a strong ethical stance and cares for its employees. The work that I do is challenging and stimulating, and the direction that the company is heading is exciting. My team works well together to get work done and I felt that I was brilliantly looked after when I joined the team.”

With a brand new office due to be completed in autumn, TPP are hoping to bring exciting opportunities and work satisfaction to even more employees in the future.
