Independent SystmOne User Group Conference
Announced for May 2010

The independent SystmOne user group has announced that the next conference will take place on May 21st 2010 at the Royal Armouries Hall in Leeds.  In an email sent to the user group's mailing list, the SNUG (SystmOne National User Group) Committee encourages others to get involved and to attend the conference.

The committee was elected at the inaugural conference in May 2009 - to find out who is representing your views, go to the group's website and select 'About the SNUG>SNUG Committee Members' from the menu.

Although the committee initially intended to recruit new members via its website, problems with managing the website have meant that they are now recruiting via email and word of mouth.  The committee is urging SystmOne users to become members of the group and to ask colleagues to consider joining as well.

The group is asking for an initial fee of £5, but the intention is to give members early notice of the conference and to offer a discount of at least £5 on the conference registration fee.  Anyone who is interested in joining the group should email lin-pct.tppusergroup@nhs.net

The committee stresses that, "The more members we have, the more representative the user group will be." The Terms of Reference and more information on the group can be found on the website: http://www.tppusergroup.co.uk

Please note that this group is completely independent of TPP, and that any correspondence about it should be directed to the group itself at lin-pct.tppusergroup@nhs.net
