SystmOne 'Sharing records, saving lives' film available to download

"I wouldn't go back to any other system - and I've used several," says one user. "If I can do it, anyone can do it," asserts another. These are the words of SystmOne users in TPP's new 'Sharing records, saving lives' film.

The eleven-minute film has been produced to introduce the company, to show SystmOne in use at GP practices throughout the UK, and to hear users' thoughts about SystmOne in their own words.

"Feedback has told us that one thing our customers value highly is coming to visit TPP, so they can meet the team and see how we work," says TPP's General Writer, Beth Daley. "We wanted to capture that experience on film to make it available to people across the country. And seeing SystmOne in use in primary care is vital - there's no better testimony than that from the people who use the system day in, day out."

The way people research products, companies and services is becoming more and more reliant on the Internet. An Internet search engine is very often the first port of call for people trying to find out more about something. With an up-to-date film on TPP's website, people can get an overview of the company, the product and its users within just a few minutes of that first Internet search.

This is not TPP's film debut - in 2004, before the National Programme for IT and Connecting for Health came into being, we produced a similar video, introducing the team and the concept of SystmOne. Since then, a lot has changed, not least the fashion sense and the haircuts! Four years on, SystmOne is the integrated primary care service for the North, Midlands and East Programme for IT, and TPP has experience of over 700 GP data migrations and Go Lives, as well as deployments of Child Health, Community, Prison, Out of Hours, A&E, Diabetes, Drug Rehab, Homeless and Trust Reporting systems.

"We've progressed a lot since the first film was made," says Customer Relationship Manager, Sue Bonham. "As a company, we've grown and learnt a lot over the years. We hope the new film demonstrates to healthcare and IT professionals where we are now - a thriving company with a successful product and a passion for providing both an excellent system and an outstanding service."
