Frequently Asked Questions

tpp How many people work at TPP?

We currently have more than 120 employees based in the office in Leeds, plus a further 19 trainers who work across the UK.

tpp What is the dress code at TPP?

If you're in the office, the dress code is casual - jeans, T-shirts and trainers are fine. If you're out meeting our customers, then a little more care is needed and you'll be expected to look smart and professional - that usually means suits.

tpp I haven't got any experience - will you still accept my application?

Definitely. We value enthusiasm and the ability to learn over direct experience. We can teach you all the skills you'll need.

tpp How many days holiday will I have?

The minimum number of days you'll start with is 20, plus public holidays. This goes up by two days for each year of service. For trainers, holiday entitlement starts at 25 days per year, plus public holidays, rising one day for each year of service.
