SystmOne is a beautiful piece of software. I love it.
It’s an extremely visual system, which means it’s easy to navigate
and is very user-friendly, much more so than our former green-screen system.
One of the best things about SystmOne, which sets it apart from our former
system, is that SystmOne is windows-based. I can call up a lot of information
without having to jump in and out of screens as I used to have to do. I can
be in a consultation, click into the tree to perform a task, then go back
to the initial consultation with ease.
The appointments system is a major asset to SystmOne. Being able to look
up so much information so far in advance is hugely beneficial. As SystmOne
is so visual, we can look at a surgery’s appointment schedule months
in advance. We can view appointment schedules for several people at once
so, for example, if a patient needs to see both a doctor and a nurse, we
can call up both schedules and find mutually available appointment times.
Calling up so much information on just one screen is a major advantage and
enables the whole practice to work together efficiently. I am already recommending
SystmOne to other practices.
The Support staff at TPP helped us to diagnose problems and work through
them. The support we received from all parties involved with the Go Live
process was phenomenal.
