The Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) play an integral role in the company by making sure that all of our customers are happy. The team works hard to develop good relationships within all levels of the NHS, from Chief Executive level to the customers themselves.
The CRMs also coordinate training and are heavily involved in generating new business and deployment, working closely with our partner company, CSC, and their sales team to ensure that the system is rolled out as widely and as smoothly as possible.

Candidates need to be able to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide variety of people. You’ll be expected to undertake a range of tasks from organising and attending meetings and events, to investigating and managing customer issues.
We are looking for friendly and personable graduates with a strong interest in, aptitude for and dedication to building, developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally.
Candidates should be organised and efficient with a good telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates must be motivated and have a desire to learn and progress, within a fast-paced, innovative company. Experience or an interest in healthcare would be advantageous but not essential.
