If you have a functional query/issue regarding SystmOne:
- On SystmOne, press F1 – this brings up the Online Help files. This is the quickest way of finding the answer to functional questions. You can browse the index, or click the ‘Search’ tab and type in a word or phrase.
- If you haven’t found what you are looking for in the Online Help, or if you would like to log a development request, please follow your local helpdesk procedure (obtain a NIN from your helpdesk, then if necessary, call TPP on 0113 20 500 80).
- Please note that functional queries/issues/development requests cannot be accepted via email.
- Should you ever wish to escalate an issue, you can contact the Customer Liaison Team on 0113 20 500 91.
If you are a patient wishing to report an issue with the SystmOnline website or app please contact your registered GP practice.
