If you have a functional query/issue regarding SystmOne:
- On SystmOne, press F1 this brings up the Online Help files. This is the quickest way of finding the answer to functional questions. You can browse the index, or click the Search tab and type in a word or phrase.
- If you havent found what you are looking for in the Online Help, please log a call following your local helpdesk procedure. All organisation have a local SystmOne helpdesk who will be able to advise further. If you are unsure who to call please contact your CCG/Trust for further information. Please note that functional queries/issues/development requests cannot be accepted via email.
- If you wish to escalate a system issue that has already been logged with TPP, or to escalate about your local helpdesk, then contact the Customer Liaison Team on 0113 20 500 91. Please have the reference number of the issue you would like to escalate about when calling.
