Trainers for our NHS customers.

Our team of trainers spend most of their time out and about across England and Wales, delivering training to SystmOne users in their own workplaces. In addition to this, they perform sales demos to prospective users, run top-up training sessions and act as trouble-shooters.
The training team also works closely with the office-based team to make sure that SystmOne develops to meet the needs of users.
TPP is looking for excellent communicators with dedication and enthusiasm who
are able to train end users with varying degrees of computer skills, giving them
the essential skills to perform their day-to-day jobs on SystmOne.
skills required
Candidates should be confident public speakers, with personality and professionalism,
have a real enthusiasm for working with a wide variety of people, and the ability
to be calm and patient under pressure.
This challenging role requires candidates to be able to work independently as
they will spend a good deal of time working on their own, often staying away
from home overnight. In contrast, communication between other members of the
team is vital to ensure that experiences are shared and any problems overcome
together.
Training is a rewarding job which returns a real sense of achievement as well
as constantly improving the trainer's own skills.
No specific qualifications are necessary. Experience in a Primary Care setting
and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office would be advantageous but not essential.
A full UK driving licence along with the willingness and flexibility to travel
are essential.
