Clinical System Analyst

TPP’s Clinical System Analysts are an integral part of the company’s commitments to deliver a responsive and flexible service to our customers.

The role of Clinical System Analyst is varied, and the team's key objective is to support SystmOne users by providing guidance, troubleshooting expertise and technical support.

The CSA team also plays an active part in the development of the software, from assessing initial suggestions, right up to testing the implemented changes.

All members of the team are encouraged to specialise in specific modules within the SystmOne suite, in different areas of expertise within the company, or on specific projects. In this way, knowledge and activity is shared, with each team member playing a valuable role.

We are looking for graduates with enthusiasm and drive, and a desire to build strong relationships and provide an excellent service to our customers.

The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills, being able to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide variety of people over the phone, face to face, and in writing.

Candidates should be organised and efficient with a good telephone manner and a proactive attitude with the determination and dedication to take on the challenges that working on a support desk presents.

The ability to take responsibility for responding to customers’ needs as well as the ability to work well within a team are crucial attributes. Logical and reasoned thought will be applied to all issues encountered; however, an enthusiastic and imaginative mind will also be key.

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, a general interest in IT and will be eager to learn new skills in a busy but rewarding environment.

Proven customer service skills are essential and any experience of working in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
