The Surgery (Dr Cross)
I can speak on behalf of everyone at the practice in saying that we find
SystmOne a clear, simple system to use. It’s not complicated. It’s
straightforward.
We haven’t had any problems with SystmOne. When we have found something,
we’ve asked a trainer or phoned TPP. They’ve always been very
helpful and solved the problem.
Before we used SystmOne, we had to handwrite all our letters when we needed
to cancel a surgery. We don’t have to do that now because we’ve
been shown how to merge letters on SystmOne, saving us a lot of time. Similarly,
the nurses used to have to handwrite all the letters for their clinics, now
they don’t, which is very useful indeed.
When we find things we’re not too sure how to use on SystmOne, we just
make a list so that when the TPP or Health Informatics trainer comes, we
can ask them.
The trainers are excellent and good at solving our problems. We’ve
never had any problems with them.
SystmOne’s Online Help is really useful. I’ve always found the
information that I need.
