All I want...

..are enhancements to my existing PAS

All you want is SystmOne

Whatever aspect of your PAS you would like to improve upon or replace, SystmOne can provide. Perhaps you need clinicals for your cardiology department, a bed management system, or improvements to how you manage 18 week waits. SystmOne can integrate with your existing systems to fill any functionality gaps, or to  provide key additional benefits such as electronic discharge letters.

You don't have to replace your entire PAS to reap the benefits of SystmOne. We'll work with what you've got, listen to what you want, and give you what you need. Our motivation is the benefit we can bring to your organisation, your staff and your patients.

"Plugging SystmOne into our
PAS is really going to cut our
18 week wait times and I can
throw my complicated
spreadsheets away!"

SystmOne has been written directly  for the NHS in Great Britain, in conjunction with clinicians and hospital staff. It's designed for you and only for you.

SystmOne exists today. You can contact us and start your deployment today. Whether you run a 15 or a 1,500 bed hospital, we have the solution you need.

SystmOne pick and mix
SystmOne can listen to messages (e.g. ADT messages, pathology and radiology) from other systems or your trust's integration engine to keep patient information up-to-date without dual entry. So you can take any aspect of SystmOne and plug it in to your existing PAS. And if, at a later date, you want to add other components from SystmOne, speak to us and we'll make it happen.

Here are just a few areas that might catch your eye:

Bed management - beds can be reserved for or allocated to patients who can then be moved to another bed or transferred/discharged. Beds can be marked as open/closed/dirty. The system supports the concept of 'patient leave' and 'lodgers'. Replace your whiteboards with a screen that updates automatically and in real time showing as a grid view or geographical ward view, displaying where patients are, and the status of their care/beds, allowing you to review and manage ward capacity.

Clinicals - whatever department you need to accommodate, SystmOne's electronic patient records allow clinicians access to the full patient record and easy data entry. Data entry templates (standard or user or organisation-configured) are available. Free text and coded entries are both supported. SystmOne's powerful reporting functionality allows you to analyse the data and activities recorded.

18 week wait - You can monitor and record every stage of the 18 week wait, stop and start RTT clocks, run statutory RTT reports.

Pathways and multi-resource scheduling - ensure that patients receive the right procedures/appointments in the right order, at the right time, for their care pathway. Revolutionary multi-resource scheduling allows you to book pathway items for all patients in the hospital at a single click. Time saved by doing this can then be used more productively elsewhere. As the hospital uses the scheduling system, patterns will emerge. SystmOne 'learns' these patterns and can use them to predict future capacity. Staff can then use this information to plan resources and workloads.

Electronic discharge letters - manage discharge letters from a single screen and send them to GPs electronically, or print them to achieve your 24 hour target.

A&E - benefit from quick data entry and review; standard and custom triage templates; manage waiting times.
